The small village of Moitas belongs to the municipality of Amontada, in Ceará, and is located 220 km from Fortaleza. A privileged region with untouched natural beauties, between dunes, rivers, mangroves and a beautiful beach.

Tourism is still underdeveloped, making the destination more peaceful than its neighbor, Icaraí de Amontada, but the good winds blow well there and the town has a small and good structure, between restaurants and inns, to welcome visitors who seek sailing, peace and quiet!

Icarai de Amontada is the ideal place for kitesurfing lovers. Due to the sea conditions, it is great for learning as well as for practicing the sport by the more experienced. The sea is calm at low tide and with waves at high tide, you can also practice kitesurfing in the lagoons and do downwinds.

O pequeno vilarejo de Moitas pertence ao município de Amontada, no Ceará, e está localizado a 220 km de Fortaleza. A região privilegiada com as belezas naturais bem intocadas, entre dunas, rios, mangue e uma linda praia.

O turismo ainda pouco desenvolvido, tornando o destino mais tranquilo do que a vizinha, Icaraí de Amontada, porém os bons ventos sopram bem por lá e o povoado tem uma pequena e boa estrutura, entre restaurantes e pousadas, para bem-receber os visitantes que buscam o velejo, paz e sossego!

Icaraizinho de Amontada é o local ideal para os amantes do kitesurf. Pelas condições do mar é ótimo para aprendizagem como assim também para a prática do esporte pelos mais experientes. O mar é calmo na maré baixa e com ondas na maré alta, também pode-se praticar kitesurf nas lagoas e fazer downwinds.

Paradise for wind lovers! Praia do Preá is the neighbor of the trendy Jericoacoara and is 280 km from the capital, Fortaleza. With the airport in Cruz, access to the region became much more viable and faster.

In addition to the breathtaking scenery and iconic natural beauties, between lagoons, dunes, beaches and rocks, the peak is known for the good strong winds that blow during the season. And every day!

The beach is perfect for practicing the sport: constant strong winds (25 to 40 knots) and a privileged geographical position, where the winds hit side onshore, leaving ideal and safe sailing and learning conditions.

The region offers a great structure to welcome tourists who practice or want to learn the sport and is still located just 17 km from Jericoacoara, a popular tourist destination that offers many options for gastronomy and entertainment.
